Here at Shanti Kollection we thrive on giving our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That it why we believe that our store policies should always be fair, clear, and transparent. Below is a list of all our policies, which detail the way we operate our business. Shipping:
Shipping time is the same for everyone. Please be extremely mindful of the processing days due to high volumes of orders (2-3 Weeks)
. All orders take anywhere from 5-20 business days to be processed and delivered. Our Business days are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. 

 

Refunds/Exchanges: All orders are FINAL sale. We do not offer refunds, cancellations and/or exchanges. No orders can be canceled once they are placed. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.


Lost and Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered to the home address you provided during checkout and you haven’t received it, please contact USPS at (1-800-275-8777) immediately. Shanti Kollection is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. We are also not responsible for delays in the warehouse or shipping company. Please be aware of this before purchase. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered.

Unable to Deliver Packages: If an order is delivered back to us via USPS, because the address you provided to us during checkout was an invalid shipping address, ONLY under this exception we will provide a refund, excluding shipping.
